Due to the nature of digital products and custom software development, all sales are generally considered final once work has commenced or access to the product has been granted.
However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental charges
- Technical issues that prevent product access or usage, and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
- Custom projects that have not yet entered the development or delivery phase

2. Custom Projects & Consulting Services
For custom-built software, consulting, or development services:
- A partial refund may be issued if the project is canceled before substantial work begins.
- Once development or consultation has started, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the completed work, hours invested, and contractual terms.

3. Subscription Services
If you’ve purchased a recurring subscription (e.g., for a software license, AI service, or API access):
- You may cancel at any time to avoid future billing.
- Refunds for the current billing cycle are not typically issued unless there was a platform failure or service outage lasting more than 72 hours.
